Swimming pool is not working and the receptionist didn’t announce before checking in and when I came back to ask why they didn’t.. he said we announced on all websites and when I showed him that there is no announcement on the website He said it’s not my problem it’s the website’s problem you can check with them without even apologizing on that + the room doesn’t smell good.
