We booked the hotel at the last minute, so the choice was small. 🏠 About the room and location: Cleanliness: The room is neat, although for two people (especially if you work remotely and plan to stay longer than a week) the space may be small. Floor tip: Be sure to ask for a room higher. We lived on the 4th (actually 5th) floor and had a good view. On the lower floors, the windows look almost directly onto the wall of the neighboring building. Location: The area is quieter than Phuket, I was not bothered by the road noise. There is a hospital opposite, so you can occasionally hear sirens. There is a 7/11 nearby, which is a great help. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center or to normal restaurants. Delivery is a problem, there is little choice at that address, but 15 minutes from the hotel there are better options available, including Ao Nang. 🧺 Service (pleasantly surprised!): Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness. I gave the shorts with headphones in the pocket to the laundry (you have to pay separately for washing) and already mentally said goodbye to them. But the employees checked, took them out and returned them when they returned clean clothes - this is a real level of honesty and care! ✨ Cleaning on request is also quite ok. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but we were not lucky with the cleanliness of the water (it was muddy). After contacting the administrator, a couple of days later an announcement about cleaning appeared (I don't know if complaints from us were received, or if it was just cleaning day). Breakfasts here are buffet style, but we didn't test them, so we can't evaluate them.

Disaster! Air conditioning system moldy, fan and filter, no service, an absolute disaster. The hotel is not clean, there are stains on the bed linen, absolutely not recommended.

Nice rooftop pool but bar was closed the one night we were there (Monday). Located 1km outside Krabi town centre and walk in to begin with is very uneven. Hotel is modern and clean but lacks any Thai character or charm. Fine for a night or two but if you want Thai charm this isn’t the place. If you want good clean modern environment with AC then this is it. Our room was on the road side so rather noisy. Get a room on the 4th floor not on the road side and you should be okay.
