We’ve had a very pleasant stay at the Soaltee hotel. It’s a beautiful facility, staff extremely polite and helpful, food at the breakfast restaurant was delicious and I’m already missing those masala dosa’s 😅 Evening piano music in the hotel lobby elevates the atmosphere even higher and the Chinese restaurant was also fantastic and well priced. The only small downside was the rooms being quite ‘tired’ and in need of a refreshment. Overall a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at The Soaltee Kathmandu, part of the Autograph Collection. The hospitality and rooms were excellent, and the service truly reflects five-star standards. However, the bathrooms feel slightly outdated and need renovation. The biggest disappointment was the wellness area. The sauna, steam, jacuzzi, and spa are operated by a third party, Tranquility Spa, which is quite uncommon for a hotel of this legacy. During my visit, the sauna wasn’t even operational, and overall the fitness facilities were not up to the mark. For a historic five-star property under the Autograph Collection, I strongly feel the hotel should manage its own fitness and wellness amenities to match its premium reputation.

The ambience of the hotel is appropriate for the guests. The hotel staff is welcoming and professional. The dining service provided in the Garden Restaurant is excellent. A special Thanks to Ms. Shoba, the restaurant manager. She has always been welcoming and respectful towards the customers. Her smile is always on point and brings a feeling of joy. The way she provides personalised service to the customers by asking their dining experience and offering them different options from the buffet and regular menu, feels like she care for the customers’ taste. Her kindness and polite personality is what makes her unique. I always look forward to seeing her whenever I visit Soaltee.
