First things first is this isn’t a luxury hotel, I’ve stayed in way better 4 stars hotels than this. The towels, pillow covers and wash cloths had stains on it. I paid 311 a night ewwwwwwww, what a waste! The towels were very cheap and rough! The room Wasn’t worth 311 a night more like 100 a night 😩. Staying here turned me off so I will not be returning!! The only reason I gave you 3 stars is because of the lovely bartender at the lounge and Eddie from the front desk 🥰 Oh yeah maybe renovations will suit this property well!!

Beautiful hotel and great location downtown. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water on the first two nights and everyone was very helpful in resolving the situation. Will definitely stay again when I’m in San Antonio.
