Pretty disappointed with our recent stay. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with harbour view. Firstly when we arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready for check-in. Check-in was supposed to be from 3pm but our room wasn't ready until 3.45pm so we had to wait in the lobby til then. When we finally did get in, our bags still weren't in the room and took another 15min to arrive. This significantly impacted our plans for the afternoon and we had to change a booking we had. The room itself was disappointing. One of the air-con vents in one bedroom didn't work, so that room was very hot all night. There was a cockroach in another bedroom. The utilities were also disappointing - the fridge was tiny and for 6 people is not suitable. I don't recommend bringing anything that needs to be refrigerated. The shower had a screen but still leaked all over the bathroom floor. Definitely would not describe it as 'luxury accommodation". For the price of the suite, I think you could find much better elsewhere.
