The hotel got 3 strikes on my visit which is why it got 3 less stars. The visit was to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday (12/27/25) and though the night was still enjoyable, we will not be visiting again. 1 - A roach appeared on our bed 5 min after entering our room so I had to take care of that. 2 - The mini fridge didnt work so the $200 dinner we couldnt finish at kitchen & kocktails was lost. 3 - I paid for breakfast with my hotel reservation but had leave on an empty stomach. In the morning I like to check out the restaurant while my partner prefers to stay in the room. So usually I go down, get some coffee and get our food delivered to our room. This is something simple that a 2star hotel has been able to accommodate for me without problems. Well the hostess believed that was the case as well because she told me that I could order from the bar and just give my room details for them to take. I even specifically told the person that took my order I wanted it taken to my room and they nodded their head so I took it as a yes we can do that. Something that room service confirmed as well, all they had to do was pass the order over to them. But nope our food sat there all morning while we waited in vain. While I would like to add that the restaurant manager refunded the food to my account, the hotel had already charged me for breakfast before I arrived so the money is gone and I doubt it'll be refunded to me. The restaurant manager did say he would talk with the hostess about letting guests know the restaurant can't ensure room deliveries because they are a different department from hotel room service, but I think all that's needed is good communication between the two. Also it is not just on the hostess, the kitchen staff are the ones that processed the order and tried to charge it despite me telling them I need a room delivery.
