Nice but really bad service went to go get my players card one person in front me the lady working the desk didn't not care we were in line she rather talk to her male friend we waited over 10 minutes the guy had his player cards they were just talking shit so we diced to leave really bad 😔💔 it was a black female it was about 9: 30 pm

Currently Staying here Day 2 -No Towels -No Vacuum -No Trash Removal -No Soap Day 3 -No Towels -No Comforter on the beds -One of Two queens Neds Made Day 4 -No Bed Made -No Vacuum -No Soap Called 3-4 times a day to order a comforter and towels and soap, had to sleep with jackets as blankets one night, then two thin blankets were left on the door, still the room wasn’t cleaned, we were gone all day. **Staff was dismissive and had lots of attitude, clearly felt they didn’t give a shit. They offered to knock $90 off an almost $900 bill for a 5 night stay. The upgraded rooms are so-so. Bathtubs instead of showers and the facet is broken so the shower pressure sucks Never staying here again
