Need to put big effort in maintainenceWe stayed sea breeze cottage with higher price, but seem standard room is better choice. Standard room needs to go one floor without lift.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and upon arriving, it was clear the owners weren't particularly upkeep: the windows were missing fixtures, the grounds were overgrown, and there was a persistent moldy smell at the reception area. The beds in the room had very hard mattresses. The air conditioner blew cold air, but the runners weren't working, so we had to turn it off at night. But the most memorable thing was the roosters, who started crowing at 5 a.m. There were a lot of them, and they were very loud. On the plus side, the seashore was wonderful, and the sea itself was beautiful. There was apparently once a canopy at the exit to the sea, but unfortunately, little remains of it, making it a depressing sight.
