Never book a room in this place. We had the worst experience. For a five-star hotel, they can't even provide basics right. We had booked a stay for two nights. After check in, there was no hot water in the bath. Only tepid warm water. Even after complaining twice, nothing was done. The next morning, the water was even cooler than before. Only after complaining incessantly the whole day, they managed to fix the hot water issue and we were able to take a bath. The kettle in the room was a broken plastic one that leaked the whole night, spilling water all over the floor. There was a big wedding happening at the same time as our stay. They had all the wedding functions in the common areas. The functions were taking place next to the swimming pool and gym, so we couldn't make use of any of the amenities. On top of that, the hotel did not separate the breakfast for wedding attendees and for other paying guests, so the whole wedding party was crashing on our table making a mess. On top of all this, the management did nothing to improve the situation and barely even apologised. The area surrounding the hotel is so bad, there's open sewer on both sides of the entrance gate, the hotel sits in the middle of a slum area. The roads to the hotel are so bad, most autos and cabs refuse to come there and you have to pay double the price to get in or out.
