A warm hello to the entire team at Hotel Oasis... I have to be honest, I'm speechless, but that won't stop me from leaving a review... Arriving in Madeira was incredibly relaxing. The transfer to the hotel was smooth and punctual. We stayed in November 2025... Booked as a group for 8 days at the hotel. This might have been a bit of a challenge for reception at first... But no... The staff, including the manager, were incredibly relaxed and professional. Room allocation went perfectly, and I got an absolutely fantastic room with a view of the bay... And it was very well-equipped. Extra towels, a telephone, an oversized TV, and a tea and coffee station. Wonderful!! Dinner and breakfast were served buffet-style. I've traveled a lot and the experiences have always been more or less satisfactory. But what the kitchen team and service staff at this hotel have achieved is incredible. A truly amazing buffet in every way—abundant, colorful, delicious, varied, and offering something for everyone. Everything your heart desires. The evening aperitif was always delicious, and the complimentary sparkling wine in the morning was simply perfect. The service was generally very friendly and attentive, which deserves recognition. Cleanliness was top-notch. The outdoor pool was beautifully landscaped and perfect for swimming. There were also plenty of sun loungers. The indoor pool was wonderfully warm, and there was a whirlpool. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, and it's located right on the beach. Guests have access to the beach with their room key. The evening entertainment was okay, and the drink prices were very reasonable. There were also some activities planned for children.
