Honestly very disappointed… I prepaid for my room and parking a month ahead. When I arrived I was hit with a surprise resort fee of $25 a day that I wasn’t told about when booking over the phone months prior. I was always changed a deposit fee of $250 when I was told it would only be 45% of my room charge which was untrue. I was told the $250 would be refunded once I check out, when I did so I was only refunded a $100 and charged another $150 for no reason. Staff was friendly just the hidden fees and unknown charges really ruined this hotel experience for me.

Clean, beautiful modern room. We loved the TV’s google cast option. The AC machine was great and didn’t leave the air smelly like in other hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff was lovely. 10/10 we will definitely be staying here again

On January 3rd, I made a reservation for rooms in late February 2026. Regrettably, I was compelled to cancel my visit and was informed that, as I had not canceled prior to January 6th, I was ineligible for a refund. I am providing two months’ notice of my cancellation. However, I am disappointed that you are unable to assist me in this matter. If you are unable to provide a straightforward refund, your customer service is truly disappointing.
