No doubt about the Waldorf being a great hotel. Exceptional service by all the staff. From wonderful doormen and staff at check in and the restaurant staff. Daily greetings by name as we go to and fro. The breakfast offered is exceptional. Great hot chocies and more. Executive lounge is busy as can be, especially on nights when the theatre is open. The staff truly makes you feel welcome. A great home away from home. Location is ideal to theatres, Covenant Garden and more.
