It’s sooo cute I love this hotel the staff are nice and helpful it’s a cute artsy type of hotel sooo cute and their is a cute little gym and a amazing hot tub I definitely recommend this place especially if your having a me day or hanging out with your friends or family!

Pool was heated, staff and service were great. Clean, fun rooms. Only minus was the food, but there were lots of other options around to choose from.

The most memorable part of our visit was, without a doubt, the staff. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond! The blonde lady at the bar and hostess in the morning showed such genuine warmth. They were, hands down, some of the friendliest and most attentive people we have ever at a motel. The location is absolutely superb. It is near the Islands of Pigeon Forge and other major attractions, it provided easy access to everything we wanted to do. The daily breakfast service was excellent, offering a great start to our day. While the majority of our stay was fantastic, we encountered a few issues. There was a noticeable gap around our main door and bugs could freely come and go. It looks like they've tried to put weather stripping around it , but it's just not working . The cleanliness of the bathroom needed some work. The baseboards were filthy and there was something that had been squirted all over the wall that should have been noticed and wiped clean. We are not very picky people and didn't complain while we were there. I had had to have two different blow dryers delivered and I didn't want to seem like aKaren. The third one worked like a charm! The television area had numerous cords visibly hanging down. This is a very simple fix with Velcro. We did notice the noise level was extremely high during the day. However, we understand this is often the nature of a MOTEL, and we were pleased that the noise was unnoticeable throughout the night. Despite these minor maintenance and housekeeping issues, the incredible service and prime location made the stay a great experience. The staff alone makes this a property we would recommend!!
