The Westin was great! Kay at the front desk was super helpful! Bed and pillows were a dream and restaurants had fast seating and good food. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland for two nights. The location is absolutely prime – you’re right in the center of everything, and our room had an incredible view of Huntington Stadium that made the stay feel special. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone from check-in. However, there’s a significant issue you need to know about: the rooms have no heating system. If you’re visiting during winter months, be prepared for genuinely cold conditions. The hotel does provide thick comforters to compensate, which helped me get through the nights, but the room temperature itself was uncomfortably chilly throughout the day. I found myself layering up even indoors. What really disappointed me was the housekeeping situation. During my two-night stay, they never cleaned the room once – no fresh towels, no bed making, nothing. I took the time to email the hotel manager about this concern, but I never received any response or acknowledgment. That kind of follow-through issue is frustrating when you’re trying to provide constructive feedback. The location and views are fantastic, and the staff at the front desk were great, but the lack of heating and poor housekeeping service are serious drawbacks to consider before booking, especially in colder seasons.
