As repeated guests, the Westin is one of our most favorite Cozumel hotels. It has a perfect balance of clean and lovely rooms, delicious food, and wonderful snorkeling. The service is top-notch with the staff going even as far as remembering your name. The lady with the beautiful eyes at the breakfast restaurant greeted us by name every morning, and Manuel took exceptional care of us on the beach. Santiago was also great! This resort offers a laid-back feel, and even at capacity never feels crowded. Great for romantic getaways, families, and even solo travelers. We can’t wait to go back!

Without the location this hotel would be a 3 star but for clean in the room was not had to ask them to come clean the room again after walking through the door We took a shower and realized that there was no towels in room If the bed wasn’t made up with room card may have thought it was sleep in before we check in and not cleaned The management of the hotel needs to be replaced because they are showing they don’t care or are not capable of Westin high standards because this hotel is not Was at this hotel 4 year it was amazing. It’s not anymore to be honest but the location is still amazing When we do get towels they have holes In them Beans not painted Tub was not covered and has paint and stain from this all over it

If I could give this Hotel a zero I would. I requested a room away from the elevators when I booked my stay and followed up a week before we arrived and they said no problem.I asked when we checked in and he stated our room was down the hall.We went to the room and we were directly across from the elevator. I went down and asked for a different room, they didn’t have any available. We moved to another room the next day. Other issues-no battery in the smoke detector-air conditioner made a loud noise-no water pressure from the shower-pool was ice cold-bath towels are very worn-food was ok-some light bulbs were out in the bathroom-holes in the baseboard in the bathroom..The one positive nice views. I’m a lifetime platinum elite.
