The hotel is nice, but they don't care about the smell; it literally smells like sewage. The rooms are very cold and poorly insulated, even though they provided a heater—a 5-star hotel doesn't have proper insulation. The bathroom smells awful, even though we disinfected it; it still stinks. It's located in a busy area with lots of cars, and there's a wedding hall with poorly organized access.
