Location is amazing it’s close to everything, we walked to Bosphorus, to Taksim, Galata etc.. we had so many food options right next to th hotel wether local or international brands, there is a mall two doors away from the hotel. Breakfast kept getting better everyday; the team started remembering what we like and welcomed us every morning asking id we wanted our usual eggs and coffee choices, housekeeping respected our wishes for DND and they (and room service) were also very quick when we needed something, whether coffee, tea, pillows, anything. Concierge, front desk and bellmen were all extremely welcoming and professional. Overall it was a really good stay, we recommend you wake up go for breakfast, hit the hotel gym (Technogym machines all over, you don’t need to be an expert there are guided programs on each machine whether cycling, treadmill, elleptical..) Definitely would come back if in Istanbul, it’s a new hotel in a bit older area so it hits all the spots. Special thanks to Arek - Arda - Deniz - Tugge - Arzu - Yusuf and the bellman Ferhat I put 4 stars on rooms because there was no way to use the smart TV, Youtube and Netflix didn’t work and they didn’t have an HDMI to USB- C adapter for us to connect our electronics to the TV, this cable is impossible to find in town so we couldn’t solve this issue we had to watch TV on our iPad at night. Also would like to inform the hotel that there was a small leak in the toilet sink, whenever we open the tap, it leaks slowly onto the towels below the sink, not a big issue for us, just wanted the team to know so they could fix it for future guests. Thank you all so much❤️ had a beautiful new year celebration with the other guests and the team at the Rooftop Bar

Everything was amazing, we had an increíble time here. Arzu, Arek, Arda, Yusuf and Deniz helped us and were absolutely attentive. They had a premium service to us at all time. With our luggage we had a lot of help from merter and dervish as well as help with taxis and getting to the airport. We will definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a prime location in the Nişantaşı district. Room prices are somewhat high, but you don't need a car in this area as it's full of upscale and mid-range shops, restaurants, cafes, and everything a family might need. I thank all the hotel staff, especially Uğur, Ferhat, and Derviş, for their attention and excellent service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
