I was staying in Grand Hyatt before and this was my first time staying at Westin Chosun - the best change i’ve made. The service is much better than Grand Hyatt. Better food, much much kinder staffs, better location, and kids friendly. When in Seoul, go here!!!!!

Stayed here twice and still enjoyed my stay a lot. Staff here are very welcoming and always so lovely from the front door to breakfast restaurant. Rooms are cleaned daily. Didn’t have to worry about buying water becos it’s always readily available. Gym here is huge, and gym managers here are generally quiet yet alert to any potential injuries (and they will step in to help). Their French toast also one of the fluffiest I’ve eaten.
