Let me start by saying that I am a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member. I have been a member for over 20 years consistently. I have never had a problem at any Marriott Property world wide. This past weekend I had a stay at this property. Everything seemed to have went well. One of my problems is that the front desk does not know how to handle its Bonvoy members. Everything you ask them they have to get a manager for an answer. Furthermore, after my stay was completed I started seeing all of these charges on my card and of course my card alerts blocked the transactions. I was being charged an additional $371.00 and an additional 55,000 points for my stay because the manager Mr. Youssef Hanna said that we broke a lamp and this is what the cost was. He didn't try to contact me via phone or email to ask me about the lamp and my knowledge about the status of a lamp and furthermore I had just spoken with him about another Bonvoy credit to my account. I told him that I was not aware of any damage to any of the property. He then sent me a picture of a lamp that was damaged. I told him and I will state it again that when we left there was no property damage and I have never seen that lamp especially in that condition. I am totally disappointed with the handling of this matter. Mr. Hanna never asked me about the lamp he instead convicted me of damaging the property as if I was a vagabond running out on a bill. Marriott Bonvoy Ambassadors spend a lot of money traveling with this particular brand Marriott. I have attached the picture of the proposed damaged lamp. Furthermore I am a property insurance claims adjuster who deals with matters like this daily. I am asking for a full refund and an apology and I will never recommend this property again. This pettiness makes me want to take my business to another brand.

Let me start off with I was hesitant to stay at this property again. But due to a short notice work trip I took a chance and I am glad I did. Though my previous stay was not great this one was above and beyond thanks to Deborah. For the moment I stepped in the lobby to check in her smile and genuine interest in her guest was obvious. She was warm and welcoming. Every interaction throughout my stay with her was top notch. Her leadership team should acknowledge for her great hospitality which unfortunately is lacking these days. Deborah thank you for the excellent experience.
