Location great. Customer service great. Rooms need updating big time especially for the money you spend on them. And how is breakfast not included in the stay? Beyond me. Terrible. 2 stars for no breakfast included in price and rooms being poorly done. Stay out in Brooklyn or Staten Island if you want to be close to manhattan. Not worth the price at all!

This is my go-to midtown hotel when I need to stay in NYC for business. Good treatment of Marriott guests and good onsite restaurant and gym. Location is great in that it’s central to everything but also far enough from Times Square. My only caution to anyone booking is to watch for UN weeks when dignitaries and their security teams shut down parts of the hotel (including elevators)
