Shabby, mediocre hotel. You wait for ages at reception. The food and wine in the so-called "Executive Lounge" is mediocre. Very expensive. Nasty smell in the corridors. For the price, you can do much better.

Exceptional. Beautifully decorated, excellent pool, position, gym and bedrooms. Excellent value for money considering it’s a 5 star hotel. Staff all very happy and helpful. Would defo come again. Didn’t try out the restaurants.

Everything good apart from waiting at reception for rooms, Standard words your room will be ready in 30 mins , we will call you once its ready. I waited almost 1.5 hrs to get the room. After couple of requests, i got my room as they said my room upgraded to High Floor😂😂😂. I like Westin, i booked for a long stay in very advance, Apart from the Check-in , Room is very good as expected. Best Views of Perth City.. Housekeeping team working well, no complaints Recommendations: I wish at least the hotel should provide some freebies for the long -stay guests irrespective of their Membership eligibility,
