During my trip to Phuket, I wanted to relax in a quiet retreat with my family rather than in the crowded areas. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking. And the sunset was absolutely stunning. I was worried because of the negative reviews, but upon checking in, I was left wondering what all the negative reviews were about.

Honestly, this resort is absolutely disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't want you to be as upset as I was; there's absolutely nothing to excuse it.

It is super overrated and expensive for what is offered. Some buildings in the resort need renovation, there is mold on the walls, this is maintenance matter. The a/c units were exactly in front of our balcony and it was too noisy. The location is literally away from everything. Please do not promote this as a 5 star resort. The only positive was the staff, very polite and helpful.
