Hotel appears to be nice, all the way down to the rooms. However the staff couldn't be more rude or care less about their customers or their needs. They openly act annoyed when asked questions or when guests have requests or concerns. One of the worst things about the hotel is that the showers never have water pressure or barely warm water and the stream is like a sink faucet. Even with so little water the drain was plugged, that only topped it off. I do not recommend this place!

The room is ok but the mattress is terrible, old and no hot water. the receptionists are really really bad on their customer service. They didn’t take customer’s requests or concerns seriously and ignored us. They have no feelings or empathize. It’s sad to see people who are not fit for their job titles or appreciate their careers. The location is perfect and convenient to access to all attractions. We booked 3 rooms and stayed 4 nights with them. Wish we could give our business to other hotels. This is our first time experience the problem with Marriott.

I RARELY leave negative feedback but this hotel EARNED it. I was on 8th floor (all normal). The water in our sink and shower... NOT HOT. Just warm(ish). This was the worst part! Also, the water pressure in the shower was VERY LOW but at least they could say they were conserving water. The bed was OLD and all lopsided. NO EXCUSE HERE. The cleaning of the room was rushed and just not up to standards. When my wife called down to the front desk when our room had NOT been cleaned, the staff person who answered was cold with her. Didn't apologize or anything. Just said "got it" regarding her response. I am not picky, but this place sucked! Choose a different hotel if possible.
