What a wonderful find! After a flight cancellation, our layover turned into a 3-day trip to Madrid. Instead of staying at the airport, I looked for something in the Hyatt portfolio more centrally located than the airport. We arrived late, tired, and hungry and the staff here is amazing. From check in staff, the doormen, bellmen, and restaurant staff everyone was so helpful and personable. We were upgraded to a courtyard view and a Juliette balcony and it was so quiet despite being so close to Gran Via. The welcome amenity of Spanish olive oil was such a great touch. We loved the room and how it was styled - a more masculine vibe, but everything is very new and modern. Would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Madrid!

Everything was great. Reasonable prices. Fast and efficient service. There's a large park in front of the hotel, close to most attractions and a bustling street.
