Just spent a few days here celebrating 2 birthdays, one of which was an 0 birthday for me. Very clean and modern accommodation and nothing was too much trouble for the staff we spoke to/asked for help and things to do recommendations - we got to see the wild seals sleeping in Mutton Cove. The happy birthday banner was a lovely touch and appreciated. Thank you TMB

We stayed for four nights over Feb half term. Accommodation is superb, very high standard of equipment and decor. Team really helpful, food from on site Chomp superb, and we had treatments which were lovely. Lots to do in the area, and the beach when the tide was out was amazing for a dog walk.

We had the most amazing stay at Three Mile Beach. We had read the reviews and had high expectations but I think it even surpassed these. We were travelling with our 2 children for half term week and arrived late on the Friday night after a 5 hour journey in the pouring rain straight from school. Our shop had been delivered in the day and beautifully put away, including wine in the wine fridge! The welcome hamper is beyond anything we have ever received in a self catering property, even catering for gluten free and dairy free as they knew we had these dietary requirements in our party. The house was stunning, so clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved climbing up to the mezzanines to watch the waves and the weather roll in. We ordered the pizza party which again was exceptional, the team even let us keep the pizza oven for an extra night as we hadn't managed to get through all the dough and make all the pizzas. The beach is an easy walk away, lovely costal walks on the doorstep and St Ives was also a lovely morning out only about 25 minutes away. The ultimate treat that completely surpassed expectations was a knock at the door on pancake day with a delivery of freshly baked pancakes and toppings, again remembering the dietary requirements in our party. Overall, it was the most wonderful half term week and we now have a serious case of holiday blues. We will be back!
