I'm ordering a massage package, and they say it's only available for a companion. What's the point? Can't I receive service alone?

A rare establishment that passes on memories of previous guests, like hair remnants, to new guests... the smell of cigarette smoke greets you as soon as you enter the room. The water that accumulates in the sink where you wash your hands accompanies you throughout the night... the XS-sized bathrobes given to you on the poolside are like souvenirs from the establishment's founding date; torn, worn, and crispy... when you go down for breakfast, you are greeted by plates full of memories yet to be washed with detergent, and salami and cheese that are starting to dry out...

When we entered the room, there was no shampoo, shower gel, etc., and only one towel each, despite us booking for two. Many features of the TV weren't working, and there was no internet in the room. Even though we specifically confirmed the internet connection in the room before booking, we found it wasn't available. When we ordered room service, the order arrived incomplete and different from what was on the menu. The pizza we ordered was also burnt. We reported the incorrect order, contacted both reception and the kitchen directly 6-7 times, and received 3 different calls from the kitchen during this process. We explained three or four times in a row what we ordered, what arrived, and how we wanted it re-ordered. An hour later, when we asked why our order hadn't arrived, they said we had cancelled it, especially after explaining four times how we wanted it re-ordered. In total, we waited 2 hours for our order to be cancelled. We reported the missing towels and shampoo, and they sent one shower gel and two towels. When I contacted reception, they said the requested items had been sent. During this time, we went to the spa section ourselves to get shampoo. If you're thinking of coming for the spa, the hot tub isn't very hot, and despite calling ahead, we only found out the sauna wasn't working while we were staying at the hotel. There weren't even hourglasses in the sauna and steam rooms for any kind of monitoring. In short, none of the hotel staff seem to know what the others are doing. Your requests and expectations will likely not be met.
