My experience was terrible. I arrived on Friday and couldn't shower because there was no hot water. I called reception on Saturday too, and they told me they wouldn't help me until early Sunday morning. They called maintenance, but they refused to give me another room. I couldn't shower until Sunday, and that was only because a cleaning lady let me shower in another room that became available. It was frustrating. I don't recommend it at all. Besides being dirty, my room was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't rent there again.

No hot water and this is a normal experience here read the reviews and the staff does not care. This is not an Ascend quality experience. Choice hotels should pull its accreditation from this motel.

We stayed there because of the location and the pictures looked good. Spoiler: The place is nothing like the pictures, the hotel is smelly, loud, old, there is no hot water, the ACs don’t work etc… The main issue is: we had a HUGE LEAKAGE of water from the ceiling. Our room was flooding, our clothes got wet, we couldn’t sleep and we called the reception and went there… there was NOBODY to help us. The worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. The most concerning problem is the lack of help and support during and after this awful situation. I grade one star because I cannot rate less. I encourage everyone to NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. You’ll thank me later for the heads up.
