A picture may be worth a thousand words, but in this case, the photos posted by the hotel are misleading here are the real picture of the room. after you see the attached real pictures you can make your own decision this is a four star or no star hotel! This hotel is advertised as a four-star property, yet it does not meet basic four-star standards. I booked based on the photos, location, and reviews, but the reality was shocking — poor condition, unpleasant odor, and overall lack of upkeep. Only one section of the hotel (upper floors) has been renovated, and those are the rooms shown online. The standard rooms look nothing like the photos. To get anything close to what was advertised, I had to pay extra to upgrade. The room I originally booked simply does not exist as shown online. Choosing hotels based on star ratings and photos has become unreliable, and this experience confirmed it. Extremely disappointing experience. The reception staff was arrogant and unprofessional. The heating did not work throughout the entire night, despite outside temperatures dropping to –3°C. This is completely unacceptable for a property that charges such high room rates. The level of service does not justify the prices at all.
