Stayed at the hotel for a week, unfortunately we were disappointed. The hotel advertised 4 restaurants, when we checked in we were told that we could not book the restaurants until after 4 days. False advertising! The buffet was poor. When we were able to eat at the hotel's restaurants that were not buffets, only 2 of them were open. The dinner times that were available were late, the food was not good either. The towels for the pool area ran out, the cafe bar was closed on some days without any information about it beforehand. Poor information in general, there was yoga every day but without scanning a qr code it was not clear. Children's activities started very late (9 pm) and in children's areas parents were not allowed to attend so our youngest child of 5 years could not take part in the offer. Would not recommend this hotel as it is not affordable, the good thing was that it was close to the sea

Hello everyone! My impressions of my stay at Tivoli Village are generally positive, with a few exceptions. I'll start with the positives... the friendly, courteous, and helpful service is particularly appreciated. Maria Bagrin, the cleaning lady from property no. 4, deserves special mention for making our room sparkle every day. Also deserving of praise are the delightful waiter, Daljit Singh, who made our stay in the dining room a pleasant one; he was very polite and helpful, and the manager, Sonia, who greeted us in the dining room. Among the less pleasant experiences during our stay at the resort were the service at the Essenze restaurant, where my wife was served wine in a plastic glass, and the service of a fat waiter, who literally threw food on plates, practically splashing sauce on my wife's dress. Perhaps they should pay more attention to who they employ? Meanwhile, at the Carasello restaurant (an Italian restaurant), the food was subpar; I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, this resort's restaurant scene is lacking... The food is generally so-so, the meat isn't good, some of the meats smelled of tallow, and it's generally hard to find something good to eat. They're focusing on quantity, not quality, like in mass-produced restaurants. In my humble opinion, this facility deserves four stars. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you won't find it here; there's a lot of noise and screaming children everywhere. Best regards.
