Our stay at the Hotel Tivoli Oriente was excellent and highly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel is modern, immaculately maintained, and ideally located in a beautiful area with convenient access to Lisbon’s main attractions. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, featuring a high-quality bed and all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Although the visit was brief, it left a strong impression and we wished we had booked a longer stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return on a future visit.

Comfortable beds. Rooms with excellent soundproofing and adjustable temperature. The gym is small but has everything you need. The pool exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return.

The rooms are dared, extremely small, not enough space to put your luggage, the mattress was hard as a rock and very poor quality linens and pillows. There is not enough noise insulation between rooms and some other guest could be really loud, affecting your sleep. Restaurant at the property are good, except the Sky Lounge where the Sushi was expensive, poor quality fish and horrible decor, for such an amazing roof top that definitely has lots of potential. Parking available at the property which is a big plus, but be sure you have great driving and parking skills because is really narrow. Location is great, close to airport, the main train station and a nice Shopping Mall with all the possibilities including a large food court, supermarket and drugstores.
