Unfortunately the male owner made this experience uncomfortable. We found this place out of desperation. I was hesitant to pay so much for two nights. But I had no alternative so we were subject to being overcharged. Agoda states meals are provided in the price I paid for my child and I. But when I asked the hosts they said we can go to the convenience store and buy our own food. It is false advertising. The male owner aggressively made his political opinion known to guests. It was very uncomfortable. If you didnt agree with him he became unkind and offputting. He treated guests all different. Some guests got offered beverages in the morning like coffee or tea from his wife. I was not offered coffee or tea. Two guests from china checked in when we did. The male owner made very disrespectful and rude comments regarding chinas president. A completely unnecessary and unprofessional remark. I am not chinese, but since I did not agree with the owners political opinion, i was treated poorly and felt very unwelcome. The shower temperature is boiling hot and there is no option to change the temperature. My child could not take a proper shower due to the high water temperature . The female owner said it costs 300 yen to take a bath instead. So we could not do that . If it were included in the price we paid that was supposed to include meals that were not provided, i could have filled the very small half tub and allowed the water to cool down to be appropriate temperature for my child to bathe. The mattress was sunken. Unfortunately, this could have been made semi pleasant if the owners didnt lie about meals included in the price, and if we werent treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome due to not agreeing with Tom and Komikos political opinions. These same people went above and beyond helping a foreign male guest to buy a japanese phone. I guess he pleased their political bias enough for their reward of kindness. If your kindness is conditional, you arent kind. I hope they will treat others better than they treated us.

The kind and friendly couple warmly welcomed us and saw us off. Shampoo, towels, and other necessities were provided, making our stay comfortable.

It was really nice being with them. I was kinda skeptical at first because of the reviews but they were far better than what i expected. Definitely would visit them again. 10/10
