We were scammed at this hotel!!! We booked and paid for a villa 4 months in advance on trip.com. We arrived after a long flight, terribly tired. We had a baby. And they told us there was a water problem in the villa, and they wouldn't check us in!! Judging by the reviews, this is common practice among unscrupulous hotels. The manager simply gave the room to someone else for more money. I opened trip.com, and there weren't a single hotels!! We're supposed to sleep on the beach. The guys at trip.com said they'd send compensation in coins ($46). In the end, the manager offered us a terrible hotel, more expensive than this one. It smelled like sewage, a cardboard house. With one bed and one blanket! There were three of us. A terrible night. Well, at least we weren't on the beach. In the end, a ruined experience, wasted nerves, and money. They never showed us the villa. But the reception area is clearly not in tip-top shape. The laminate flooring is bulging, the chairs are dirty. I think it's the same everywhere. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this hotel. Best wishes to all!

I booked a room for 4 people, but was assigned a room for 3. Even though the rooms were different, they insisted it was the same room. Even though there was a price difference, they kept insisting it was the same room. They told me that there were no rooms for 4 people, so if I didn't like it, I should check out and leave. I told them that if this was the case, I had no choice but to complain to the website I made the reservation with, but they said, "Go ahead! If you don't like it, get out!" I know there are no rooms in Phu Quoc these days, so I'm sorry. They're fully booked, so if they had at least apologized, I wouldn't be this angry. Seeing their attitude of calling a male employee and trying to threaten him, I can tell that this hotel doesn't have proper employee training. I don't think I'll come to Phu Quoc again because of this hotel.
