Amazing hotel with great facilities and nice location..

Overall okay, but the lack of windows makes the room feel stuffy. The bathroom has glass walls, so it stains easily and doesn't look very clean, but it's acceptable. The staff are friendly, but there's a 1,000 baht cash deposit for the key. A bank transfer would be more convenient. It's conveniently located with a motorbike taxi stand nearby and plenty of food options.

Overall, the stay was very good. I communicated with the front desk in basic Thai, so I'm not sure about the staff's English level. They weren't as enthusiastic as some, but they were still helpful. The room was in good condition, except for the occasional drip from the bathroom sink drain. I didn't encounter this problem during the following days. The water heater seems to have limited capacity; if the water flow is too high, it will likely turn to room temperature, but you won't get ice-cold water. I only got room-temperature water one night out of four nights; the rest were hot water. Our twin room had no electrical outlets on one side of the bed, only a light switch and two USB ports. There was also no bedside table, which was a slight disappointment but didn't affect anything. The double room was spacious enough. The table was large enough for two people to set up and do their makeup. The floor space was a bit cramped if you had two double-opening suitcases, but it wasn't a problem if one of them was front-opening and didn't block the way (I brought a 29-inch double-opening suitcase and a 20-inch front-opening suitcase). The shower was huge, and the toiletries cabinet was also very large! The hairdryer had adjustable fan speed! The air conditioning was also new and not noisy at all. When I checked in, I rarely heard any noise outside the room. I could hear a few people walking in the hallway, probably because I was staying in a corner room and I hardly heard any noise at all.
