The hotel has a decent location and is well-maintained, but it's very uncomfortable for a stay of more than one night. Location and Check-In The hotel is located near the bus station. There are stops nearby and a large LuLu supermarket. We were checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time, which was a plus. Room The room itself is quite nice, more or less recently renovated. There's water, a kettle, and tea and coffee bags. The bathroom is also well-maintained. However, despite this, the room was uncomfortable. The main problem was the cold and the inability to open the window. The temperature was so uncomfortable that I couldn't drink cool drinks—only hot ones. I found a blanket in the closet and covered myself with it all night. The rooms are small. There's a table, but only one chair, so drinking tea in the morning was awkward. A metal fold-out towel is provided for a second person, but it's awkward to use. Towels and Hygiene We were only given one towel. We asked for one more thing at reception—they nodded but did nothing. We had to address this issue separately later. The shampoo turned out to be really bad. I have normal hair and have never had such problems, but after washing it at this hotel, my hair looked dirty. I ended up wearing hats exclusively. Card Issues The room card didn't work. We went down to reception, they reactivated it, but the door still didn't open until the fourth try, and the next day it stopped working altogether. I usually don't mind making an extra trip to reception, but the hallways at this hotel were incredibly cold, and running back and forth was extremely unpleasant. Checkout When we checked out, they didn't let us out right away—they told us to wait while they checked to make sure we hadn't left anything in the room. We waited quite a long time. The person who inspected the room didn't even say goodbye. Bottom Line This is only a one-night option and only if there are no other options. Location and amenities mean nothing if basic comfort is lacking.
