The room had a broken bedside charging outlet, yet they still let guests stay. The room wasn't used to its full potential, especially considering the 4-5 star price tag. It was terrible. The atmosphere was great, but they shouldn't treat customers like this. I was so frustrated. I had to sit and charge my phone at the dressing table, making it difficult to work or relax on the bed. I couldn't even use my phone comfortably. It was so inconvenient. They should have fixed this before letting guests stay. Absolutely awful.
