Great pool, staff awesome. Friendly, helpful and the breakfast was continental and inclusive as it stated on website. Room was spacious & kitchen well equipped. Only single cup pod coffee pot. They provide pods but if you have a a particular fav cafe, bring your own

We booked at this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the imenities. We arrive to check in and they tell us they're fully booked and sent us to a different location. We were assured that the replacement had a pool. Wrong. It got so late we ended up with gas station pizza down the road, because every dining area was closed. Their lack of communication is baffling. When I called to ask for a deep discount or a comped room to make up for the hassle and huge disappointments, and all that was offered was $20 off the next stay. 10/10 do not recommend. A phone call beforehand would have been nice, so I could have made my own decision on another hotel. That decision should not have been made for me.
