The elevator takes an extremely long time and is super loud when you’re trying to sleep. We also were locked out of our room after finally waiting for the elevator and getting to our room, because the hotel deactivated our keycards BEFORE check out time, making us go all the way back downstairs, then back up, also making us take a later train than we had planned.
