This location is a master class on how NOT to handle customer service. Initial check-in, the front desk agent was rude and disrespectful to my wife simply because her card doesn't match "the card on file". When I called to try and solve the issue and try to get the payment on the proper card I got the same rude individual, and was told to "call back when the manager was there". I highlighted that I couldn't play a guessing game when they would be there or not and left a number. No call back the next day so I tried again. Got, what was initially someone that appeared to be more helpful but the same run-around. "No manager here, we'll you call tomorrow". 3rd day in, still no call back so I tried again. This time they put me on hold for 30 minutes while they claimed they were "working on it". Re-dialed back, no answer. Re-dialed back picked up, straight to hold music. Same pattern 6 times in a row. Clearly they have caller ID and didn't want to solve a problem for a paying guest. Their version of customer service is bury the issue in hold music until it goes away. To be clear, I never asked for anything for free, or any changes. I simply was trying to pay for the room in a way that works for my finances. I attempted filing a report with Marriott via the 800 number, but I found out from the agent those end landing on the same people at the hotel to resolve, so save yourself some headache and stay somewhere else. As 20+ year Marriott member with lifetime status I've never see such disregard for customer service at a property for what should have been a simple fix. All it would have taken was willingness to help.

Very Impressed. Great location to all quite side street Public transportation just at the end of block. Staff was very Nice. Rooms were clean, shower pressure and hot water on point. Lighting in bathroom could be better but oh well Big mirror in hallway with good lighting. Elevator a little slow.
