As a business traveler who typically achieves both Diamond status with Hilton and Titanium with Marriott (per year), I have never had an issue with an early checkout providing a 24 hour notice, that all changed here at TownePlace (this location specifically). The ownership requires a one day penalty no matter how long you stay if you check out early. As a business traveler, plans change!! During a previous stay they hit my colleague with the one night penalty but I figured it was because he tried to check out the morning of. In reality it is their bs policy, no matter 24 hour notification or not. I will never stay here again, plus it is typically more expensive than all the hotels around it in the first place. The ownership of this property has no regards for true business travelers. Stay elsewhere.

The room was very comfortable, nice stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, and good breakfast. Good location relative to highways. The only reason for taking a star off is because no one was at the front desk when we arrived at around 9:30 PM. We waited at least 5 minutes before a very nice gentleman arrived (smelling like he was coming back from a smoke break) and checked us in very quickly. But he wasn’t wearing any kind of uniform or even a name tag, and he didn’t ask to see our ID. We would stay here again, but that was off putting.
