I'm Titanium for Life with Marriott. This was my worst stay after +800 nights in the program. They don't clean rooms without request. We were there over a week and 2 requests went unanswered. We then had to get new towels at the front desk, when the front desk was even open and manned!! These problems don't even include the 5:30 AM fire alarm that when we left at 9:30 AM, was still blasting at ear bleeding level. They were still trying to get a technician to shut it off.

The fire alarm went off during our stay, but the staff quickly reassured everyone that it wasn’t a fire just a leak in the lobby. Accidents happen and sometimes they’re beyond anyone’s control. The front desk handled the situation calmly and professionally. Despite the inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but nothing even comes close to the experience I had at TownePlace Suites. From the moment I walked in, I knew this stay would be different. The Staff A huge shoutout to *Megan* and the *Manager!* They made my check-in an absolutely unforgettable experience. They were so cheerful and welcoming, and they even surprised me with a snack goodie bag. Honestly, their kindness really made my day. It’s rare to be treated like the staff is genuinely happy to see you, and it makes all the difference. The Rooms The rooms are fantastic—very spacious, modern, and they actually smell clean, which is a huge plus for me. The appliances are updated, and the mini-kitchen is a total game-changer. It comes fully equipped with: Stove & Microwave Full-sized fridge and freezer Coffee pot Plates Silverware The Breakfast Forget your standard "continental" breakfast; this is a full-course hot meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. They had eggs, biscuits, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cereal, and orange juice. It was amazing and the perfect way to start the morning. Overall This stay was worth every penny. I would happily pay their rate any day to be treated this well rather than stay at any other hotel ever again. If you want a clean, spacious room and top-tier service, this is the place to be!
