Breakfast has changed to a style centered around rice balls. I'm familiar with the previous buffet format and have stayed at other Toyoko Inns, so to be honest, my impression is that satisfaction has dropped significantly. On days when there are many guests staying for sporting events, we saw people taking away what appeared to be lunch portions, even though they were meant to eat in their rooms. The eel rice balls sold out quickly, and bread and boiled eggs also disappeared early, and even when we asked for replenishment, they refused. Guests who arrived later had almost no choice, which felt unfair. I would like to see improvements, such as increasing the frequency of replenishment, clarifying the rules for takeout, and returning to a buffet format to prevent takeout.

There is free parking, but it might be in a nearby parking lot. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are also very clean. The bathroom is fairly large; the fish tank isn't too deep, so it's not too dangerous for children to get in and out of the bathtub. Besides the showerhead, there's also a shower head on the ceiling. The room has two single beds, which are king-size single beds. This stay included a free breakfast: miso soup, thick soup, toast, and several different kinds of rice balls. It was simple, but enough to fill you up. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, you can take the food back to your room. I think this is really convenient because you don't have to get up very early for breakfast. Highly recommended! 👍
