It's far from the airport, but it's a nice place to stay. There's a convenience store nearby.

Toyoko Inn Mongolia. Apparently, there are some Japanese-speaking staff, but I didn't encounter any during my stay. However, English is readily understood. The room also had slippers, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a TV with NHK. One bottle of mineral water is provided daily, and a water dispenser is also provided. The free breakfast is somewhat unremarkable, but it's better than nothing. (7:00-9:30) The nearest convenience store is less than a five-minute walk away, and if you don't want to go, the front desk sells beer and other alcoholic beverages, as well as instant ramen. While the Wi-Fi is weak in the rooms, it's reliable at the front desk, so it's best to charge your phone in the lobby if you need to take a business call or do other tasks. There's also a bathtub and hot water storage, but if you happen to be with a group of Japanese tourists, the hot water may be overused and take a long time to come. When I asked the front desk, they said it would come out if I let it run for five minutes, but after 30 minutes it still didn't work, so they politely recommended waiting one or two hours later or the next morning. The supermarket is about a ten-minute walk away. While the hotel is a little far from the city center, it's convenient for Japanese people and highly recommended.
