This is a motel. Nothing like the photos. Pool was empty. No amenities. Multiple hours late on check in. Free breakfast was a basket of fruit. No elevator which isn’t fun when carrying luggage. This is fraudulent to compare the photos to the actual hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights here and we absolutely LOVED IT!! We checked in late at night and service was quick. We loved the location because it was less than 10 mins to the rockies and surrounded by so many things to do in estes! Our room was clean and all the amenities mentioned. We loved that we had the room with a balcony and an incredible view of the mountains(def ask beforehand bc some rooms may not have the balcony/view). Our first two nights were a bit cold and it wasn't until the third day we realized the AC unit is also a heater😅There was a lot of parking and outdoor seating area too. We will definitely be back!! 10/10⭐️!!
