All the reviews are true! I was coming into town to visit a friend and just needed a cheap place to crash for the night as we would be spending the day out in town. First thing, there was a line out the door to check in at 6:30pm as if it’s after hours. So that was a tad odd. But ok, I booked this place cuz it had a pool, spa and the low pet fee. We get one key per room, even though there’s multiple guests. Felt that was an inconvenience. I get to the room, smells likes cigarette. I killed one roach on site, and by the end of my stay of two nights, I had killed 4 roaches. I did not feel comfortable leaving my toiletries exposed or laid out. When I turned one the lights they are all yellow/warm light which gives the room a dark gloomy depressive feel. I went to use a plug to charge my phone and the only one that worked was the one by the bathroom sink. All others were broken without an outlet cover to be able to plug or it was too loose and my plug would not stay on the wall. Big inconvenience. There’s WiFi, only on the lobby. We stayed in a room near the front desk as after calling a few times asking for wifi, and been given the wifi password with no success, we visit the front desk personally in which then we were told the wifi does not reach the rooms. So no wifi in the rooms and the staff doesn’t communicate properly. I called from the room phone to the front desk asking for the password but at no point do they tell us we won’t get signal until we appeared in person to find out more. So after that we decide to enjoy the pool before closing which over the phone they told us closes at 10 but once arrived we found out they close at 9pm. So that was a bust! The pool was at 76° and the hot tub was at 73°. Not enjoyable!! Then we go back to the room trying to get settled and enjoy the rest of the evening and notice the sink and bathroom drain have no stoppers, make sure you don’t wear anything in the shower or washing your hands cuz you will loose it down the drain. The bathroom door has been painted over so many times it does not close shut, had to use a towel to keep it from swinging open. There’s a rack you can use to hang towels but no hangers to hang clothes. Maybe that’s too much to ask. The worst part was that the sheets were stained, the bed had a slight sink in the middle and the towels were thinner than paper towels, very rough and scratchy. Bring your own towel or buy one at Walmart near by. Pillows are very flat. I had all 4 and barely felt propped up. Bed sheets are an odd shape, not long enough to cover the body. The soap is crappy too dries out your skin. Not enough trash cans. Just the one can in the bathroom. I didn’t like that. Curtains are only blackout curtains. No sheers to add privacy and be able to have windows open. So you’ll be in a dark-ish room if you want privacy. The deadbolt lock on the door didn’t work, only the latch on top to lock the door from the inside is the only extra level of security after closing the door. I am not familiar with the area but it seemed a tad ghetto. There were families playing water balloons in the parking lot, barbecuing, washing vehicles with hoses attached to the property. But to focus on something positive, parking is super accessible, lots of food and convenience marts in walking distance, there’s a mini fridge in the room so you can save your leftovers. Good water pressure and hot water.

Budget level motel with clean rooms. No frills, but not expected at the price point. Convenient location about 10 miles West of Phoenix, just off I10.

We started out upstairs and then they got upset because something about our dog, but other people had a dog with them as well on the third floor so they send us down to this room that had roaches and the damn light were flickering on and off way disappointing I really wanna want a refund right now
