Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Saving a little money is NOT worth the trauma. The moment we entered the room, a cockroach ran out. We requested a room change, only to find another cockroach in the new room—and on top of that, the bedside lamp didn’t even work. Yes, I understand this is a cheap, old hotel. I even tried to be understanding about the poor cleanliness, the strong smell, and the obvious lack of maintenance. But there is a limit to what should be considered “acceptable.” By 11 PM, the room next door turned into a nightmare. A man—presumably the father—was screaming, swearing loudly, and children were crying and yelling nonstop. It felt like something straight out of a horror movie. We contacted the front desk, and they said they would send security. Nothing happened. We contacted them again and asked whether the police should be called, and the staff’s response was essentially, “Then you call them yourself.” Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Even for a budget hotel, basic safety, cleanliness, and staff accountability should be guaranteed. This place fails on all fronts. If you don’t mind cockroaches, foul smells, broken facilities, and staff who do not care at all about guest safety, then sure—stay here because it’s cheap. As for me, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Dirty unidentified red crumbs in bed TV did not work they had no one to fix and or option to change my room. Toilet not flushing properly and the drain in tub clogged very slow to drain. Stay away from this place.

The rooms are are always clean. The staff here is the best ever. Always willing to help and always courteous. Benny is the best he has been the best receptionist i have ever dealt with. Thank you guys.
