Do not book it's a scam. The phones don't work. The tv does not work. They don't provide pillows, or towels. Super sketchy area. The staff is just absolutely a disastrous doesn't care or even want to help. We would of canceled if they would reimburse us but they literally said too bad so sad. The worst thing was the room was not cleaned in days. There was a cockroach in the tub. Just absolutely horrible

The girl that works the front desk is so sweet and has to deal with a lot of complaining customers she definitely needs a raise. As far as the hotel room our room was not good. Someone had written with a sharpie all over the room and that can be removed I'm not sure why house keeping didn't take the extra time to remove before renting the room out again. Deposit is $20 if paid with card we were sick so all we did was sleep and checked out I had a feeling they were gonna try to keep my deposit and that's exactly what happened I've been trying to get it back since Dec 22nd. I've contacted the manager only for him to email me back saying we checked out after 11 which is why they are keeping the details but that's not true. I have proof on my timeline from my phone that we left before 11 and I called several times before o spoke to the manager and nobody else told me anything they just kept saying that the deposit would go back into my account in a few days which never happened. Long story short be very careful when staying here because I thought I'd covered all my bases to make sure I had no issue with getting the deposit back but it's been a nightmare.
