Travelodge by Wyndham Lansing

Had a good experience here. Kristin and the lady during the day time were both helpful. Room was👌👌, very nice. Very satisfied, would def go back. Nice work all of you and God bless you all 🙏💙

I stayed at this Travelodge for one weekend with my wife. During that stay, my wife ran into a former acquaintance who was working there as a housekeeper. Very shortly after speaking, this employee offered to sell bulk cleaning supplies along with blankets and pillows for $550 in cash. She claimed everything was new. She insisted on receiving the money upfront and told us we needed to wait until after midnight, explaining that the general manager, housekeeping supervisor, and on-call maintenance staff would not be awake or present at that time. We waited as instructed and later met her by her room on the property, where she handed over blankets and pillows. After checking out and moving into our new apartment, we discovered that every single item provided was clearly used hotel bedding. Several blankets, sheets, and pillows had visible blood stains, brown stains, and cigarette burns. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious hygiene concerns. When we tried to figure out what to do, the employee warned us not to contact management and said she would call the police and report us for theft if we did. As far as I know, she still works there and mentioned she had only been employed there for a short time. This was a really uncomfortable situation and not something I would expect from a hotel stay. I would not recommend this location and would urge people to be careful.
