In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance of two Nagoya Municipal Subway stations: Marunouchi Station and Fushimi Station. Both stations provide easy access to the hotel's surroundings. The Sakae shopping district is about a 15-minute walk away, which isn't particularly close, but it's not too far either. It's important to note that if you're carrying large luggage, it's not recommended to get off at the nearest exit. A more convenient option is to take the train to Marunouchi Station, which has an elevator that connects directly to the ground level (easily found on a subway map). However, even then, it's still about a 10-minute walk from the elevator exit to the hotel. For travelers with luggage, children, or those with mobility issues, the walk itself isn't difficult, but it is still quite a distance from the hotel. Regarding dining options, the area is primarily comprised of izakayas (Japanese pubs). Walking towards the Sakae shopping district, you'll gradually encounter ramen shops and set meal restaurants. Overall, the area offers simple but limited choices. Regarding the nighttime environment, the hotel is located in a hotel district with generally acceptable safety. Nagoya City has banned touting, so there are no soliciting customers on the streets. However, you may still see some people coming and going at night, and occasionally there may be smoking, littering, or indecent behavior (such as urinating in public). Travelers who are sensitive to nighttime environments or dislike this atmosphere should carefully consider whether staying here is suitable. The itinerary mainly involves traveling by car to attractions around the city center or in the suburbs, making this accommodation a relatively good choice. Compared to the complex and crowded subway lines around Nagoya Station, it feels easier to travel from here. However, to reach more distant suburban attractions, such as Inuyama Castle, or to transfer to a bus at Nagoya Station to reach places like Gujo Hachiman, you will still need to take the subway for one or two stops to Nagoya Station before transferring. Overall, the accommodation experience is acceptable, but there are still some details that could be improved. The pillows in the room were a bit low, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, the space for hanging clothes and the number of hangers in the room were limited. With more coats and heavy clothing during winter stays, increasing the number of hangers according to the season would be more convenient. Regarding front desk service, it is recommended that staff receive more training in responding to common guest inquiries, such as approximate taxi fare estimates to major locations, whether they can assist with calling a taxi, and the available timeframe. Furthermore, the English communication skills of the front desk staff were somewhat limited, and no on-site translation tools were provided. In some cases, guests had to use translation software to communicate, which was slightly inconvenient. Aside from the above details, there were no major issues with the overall stay, and it was still a stable experience.

Stains on the carpet & the seating area. I asked the Front Desk staff for a paper, she said it would cost me? What? Not a good experience so far..
