+ Positiv - sauberes zimmer - sieht aus wie auf denn bildern - good with the metro or bus unterwegs auch zu fuss sehr good erreichbar - Teilweise freundliches personaö - Negativ - jeden morgen lärm gehärmmer möbel wurden herumgestellt man hatte keine Ruhe - wir mussten fast 30min vor dem hotel warten da niemand am Empgang war. - Bis auf 3 personen vom personal kamm weder Good Morning, xronia pola, hello, oder sonst was keine reaction - wenn man nicht stören an der tür wurde trz geklopft, probiert die tür zu öffnen. Im grossen und ganzen war es ok aber ich finde für denn lermen sollte man geld zurück bekommen!!!! + Positive - Clean room - Looks like the pictures - Easily accessible by metro or bus, also very reachable on foot - Some staff members were friendly - Negative - Every morning there was noise from banging furniture being moved around? it was impossible to have any peace and quiet - We had to wait almost 30 minutes in front of the hotel because no one was at reception - Except for three staff members, there was no "Good Morning," "Xronia Pola," "Hello," or any other kind of reaction - Even when we said "Do not disturb," they still knocked on the door and tried to open it. Overall, a good hotel. I was here for 3 nights in early December, so the tourist off-season. The rooms were superb, very comfortable and high quality and clean. The service was overall quite good, very friendly and accommodating, but I will note that they failed to keep a small school group of teenagers in check. They were acting like little children, running through the hall and knocking on doors from midnight to 4am. Both hotel staff and their teachers failed to keep them quiet for more than a few minutes at a time. It completely ruined my sleep that night and I am normally a heavy sleeper. They moved me to a different floor the next day which was nice, but the staff should have had much more control and not let it go on for hours. There is outdoor noise, which can be expected from the location, but can be quite easily ignored by drawing the curtains. That was not really a bother so much as the indoor noise from the other guests. Even with better behaved guests you can hear everything from the hall. Would not recommend this hotel to light sleepers. That said, the noise from other guests is the only reason my review is not 5 stars. The rooms were great, the breakfast was great, and the staff was overall helpful otherwise.
