The rooms appear clean but are quite worn. There are stains and scratches everywhere, which doesn't look particularly good. The bathroom is clean and the towels are fresh. Unfortunately, after the previous guest checked out, the room was cleaned, and the new guests checked in, it was apparently not possible to ventilate the rooms sufficiently to remove the cigarette smoke. Otherwise, the rooms are fine for a conference hotel. Breakfast is also good. Recommended for short trips.

First of all, The room was a mismatched furnishing. 2. The minibar was broken. 3. The shower hoses were broken. 4. Various dents in the tiles. 5. The toilet leaked. 6. Only 7 TV channels. 7. The Wi-Fi slowly became overloaded. 8. Blankets/pillows were too small and thin. The breakfast buffet could have been better. Positives Permanent access. Pizzeria next door. Vending machine in the hotel. Form your own opinion, but in my opinion, it's not worth the money.

Urgent Complaint — Assault and Aggressive Behavior by Night Receptionist I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding an incident that took place during our stay at your hotel. We were in town to attend a conference at Johannes Gutenberg University and, as your hotel’s restaurant/lounge area is normally open to guests for tea/coffee and for working, my colleague and I went there to prepare for our presentation. We opened our laptops and began working. During this time, the night receptionist was already speaking very loudly at the desk to passersby. We tolerated it, but soon he entered the restaurant area making continuous disruptive noise — dragging his slippers, loudly pulling and pushing chairs, noisily placing his dinner on the table, and eating with disturbing sounds. This went on for about ten minutes, making it impossible for us to work. When my colleague got up to fetch headphones from our room, the receptionist removed his own headphones and, in a rude and arrogant manner, asked, “What, is there a problem?” It was clear to us that his behavior was intentional. When I replied that yes, it was a bit noisy, he erupted into an aggressive tirade: shouting, “Did you say I made noise?” “Get out of here.” “This is mine, I am the boss here.” “I’m closing this place and I won’t allow you to work.” “I’ll throw you and your computer out of here.” He even said things like, “Call your husband,” among other completely inappropriate remarks. He then walked toward us, tried to grab our computer, and even unplugged it from the socket. We were shocked — how could a hotel receptionist behave this way and physically assault guests? We immediately requested an investigation. The hotel manager kindly apologized and offered a courteous gesture, for which we are thankful. However, the staff member himself never apologized and continued to act rudely. The manager also mentioned that this employee had treated her in the same way. Clearly, this is not a safe place for women and children in the evenings. I hereby demand that appropriate action be taken against the staff member involved. Please let me know what concrete steps you will take to ensure the safety and dignity of your guests.
